DC Comics/Warner Bros.

DC Comics and Warner Bros. held their second FanDome on Saturday, revealing trailers for upcoming movies and shows. Here are the most exciting announcements made during the event.

⠀

Batman is darker than ever

To end the event, the long-awaited first trailer of The Batman got revealed. It shows a peek at Robert Pattinson's darker portrayal of the superhero, along with more of Zoe Kravitz as Catwoman. Hints in the trailer point towards The Riddler being the main villain of The Batman, even though we never got to see him on screen.

A glimpse at Black Adam

Dwayne Johnston confirmed that the upcoming Black Adam is now in post-production, gave us a first look at the movie that reveals his ruthless character, Black Adam. Black Adam was originally set to debut in Shazam!, but Warner Bros decided to instead give the anti-hero a standalone film.

⠀

The Flash enters the multiverse

The first footage from Andy Muschietti’s The Flash movie arrived at DC FanDome, and it is as good as we expected. Barry Allen is shown visiting his mother in another universe, and we now know Michael Keaton's return as Batman is certain, as he can be heard talking over the trailer, asking Barry, "Tell me something. You can go anywhere you want, right? Any timeline. Any universe. Why do you want to stay and fight to save this one?"
