Don’t give up on your dreams

Instead, keep trying

Life isn’t easy, and when things seem to get too hard, it’s easy to give up on your dreams. Here’s why you shouldn’t.

One of the biggest reasons people give up on their dreams and settle for something less is failure. When things start to go wrong, instead of looking at it as a reason to quit, look at it as an opportunity to learn, grow, and try again.

Nothing compares to the feeling when you finally succeed and realize you are at a point in your life you always dreamed of. If you are only getting started working towards whatever it may be, create a plan to get there, and start turning it into a reality.

A great example of someone who never gave up on their dreams is Squid game creator Hwang Dong-hyuk. The show was originally written in 2009 by Hwang Dong-hyuk, and for over ten years, it was rejected by multiple studios and investors as the story was deemed too gruesome. That didn’t stop him as fast forward to the present, Squid Games debuted on Netflix and became the #1 show in most countries around the world.

If you’re more familiar with sport, take Michael Jordan for example. At 15, he didn’t get a spot on his high school’s basketball team, and instead of giving up, he went on to be one of the greatest players of all time.
