ESPN and Autograph, an NFT agency co-founded by athlete Tom Brady, has announced a multi-year deal for ESPN's first NFT.
⠀
On Wednesday, the collaboration kicked off with the release of an NFT collection based on “Man in the Arena: Tom Brady,” the 10-part ESPN Plus docuseries produced by Religion of Sports, a media company co-founded by Brady.
⠀
"This unique collection around Tom's 'Man in the Arena' docuseries marks the beginning of our relationship with ESPN," said Dillon Rosenblatt, Co-Founder, and CEO at Autograph. "As the first NFT partner for ESPN, the possibilities across sports and technology are endless, and we couldn't be more excited to get this content out to the world in a massive way."
⠀
The "Man in the Arena: Tom Brady Collection," launched with three ESPN digital magazine covers that illustrate Brady's career, wins, and achievements. Notably, Brady has signed 50 NFTs from the collection.
⠀
Fans of Brady can now view the collection on Autograph, or if they want to show their support, buy an NFT on DraftKings Marketplace. When the 10th episode of the series debuts on ESPN+. a second collection titled "Back in the Arena" will be dropped.
