GameStop has recently announced that they have partnered up with crypto exchange FTX as part of its expansion into blockchain technology.

The partnership with FTX is intended to introduce GameStop customers to the FTX community as well as introduce them to its digital assets marketplace, according to a press release. As part of the company’s effort in introducing its customers to FTX, GameStop will begin to carry FTX gift cards in select stores.

FTX and GameStop’s partnership comes after the electronic retail company launched its own NFT marketplace and crypto wallet. GameStop is one of many companies that have partnered up with FTX, such as Reddit.
