Netflix's League of Legends show to get an IRL event
A fully immersive experience
The animated League of Legends series Arcane will launch with an in-person immersive experience connected to the series.
The perfect team
The publisher has partnered with Secret Cinema, a company known for creating immersive experiences for movies and shows such as Stranger Things, Shakespeare, Bladerunner, and more, to create the Arcane experience, which will be only available in Los Angeles.
When is it?
Secret Cinema will allow fans to step into the world of Piltover and roam through the streets of the Undercity to discover the origins of two League of Legends champions, along with completing missions, finding secret hideouts, forming alliances, and evading enforcers. The Arcane experience will debut on November 21st, and tickets will cost $70. To not miss out, you can buy a ticket through a presale which starts at 12 PM PT today.
Vision brought to life
“For the launch of Arcane, we really wanted to find the right partner who shared our vision for bringing such a rich IP and to life in an interactive, immersive way," Brandon Miao, cross-product experiences and partnerships lead for Riot Experience, said. "Bringing players new, authentic out-of-game experiences that tie back to the narrative of the show is a first for us, and something we are incredibly excited to share with players as we expand to entertainment.”
