Netflix launches its games on iPhone and iPad

Available to all subscribers

Last week Netflix debuted its lineup of games to Android users globally, and now, the games are coming to iOS.

Due to Apple's rules, which prevents any app from offering games in an individual app, the lineup will not be available to download and play within Netflix like on Android and instead will get installed to users’ iPhones or iPads from the App Store.

Netflix members on iOS will see a dedicated games row in the app where they can choose the game they want to download, while iPad members will be able to find and access the games from the categories drop-down menu.

Stranger Things 1984, Stranger Things 3, Shooting Hoops, Card Blast, and Teeter (Up!) are Netflix’s current games. If you expected a larger library of games, the company has promised to release new games based on its intellectual property, franchises, as well as standalone games.
