Nothing raises another $50M
Nothing is definitely something
Nothing have announced a “Series A Extension” following their July 31st launch of their first product, the Ear (1). In this extension, they have raised $50 million.
This new Series A Extension round brings their total funding to date to $74 million. This comes following a February announcement of a $15 million Series A round.
Shortly after which, Nothing announced a $1.5 million equity round with the intentions of getting stuck into the community, in which it’s done a good job of.
The new funding is intended to be used for “research and development in preparation for the brand’s entry into new product categories as part of its ecosystem,” Nothing said.
They are also newly in a “collaboration” with Qualcomm, and will be using Snapdragon chips for their future devices. A solid move by Nothing to keep advancements up.
