Valorant and League of Legends are now on the Epic Games store

Along with other Riot games

Riot Games’ Valorant, League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics, and Legends of Runeterra are all now available via the Epic Games Store.

The two companies teamed up yesterday to bring all of Riot’s games to the Epic Games store. From now on, according to Epic Games, “established players will still be able to sign into their existing accounts and use their existing friends list.”

Players of Valorant, League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics, and Legends of Runeterra can still use the new Riot client to access their games. Since its release in 2009, League of Legends was only available directly through Riot until now.

“Riot Games is one of the world’s best developers and creators of groundbreaking entertainment franchises,” said Steve Allison, Vice President and General Manager of the Epic Games Store. “We’re excited they’ve chosen to partner with us to bring their titles to millions of new players through the Epic Games Store.”

To promote Riot and Netflix’s upcoming animated series Arcane, Jinx, a champion from League of Legends, is coming to Fortnite. Like every other Fortnite collaboration, Jinx will have her own skin available to purchase from Fortnite’s in-game store, along with a bundle that includes Jinx’s Pow Pow Crusher Pickaxe, sprays, back bling, music track, and two loading screens.
